This project explores my concept for an NBA book discussing the top ten players in the history of the sport of professional basketball. For the book, I set out with a vision to showcase my ideas for experimental type placement centered around some of the most influential players in basketball, mixed with vintage textures and intentional spot color placement. This is meant to be more of a visually driven editorial experience than a narrative, as each page introduces unique layouts and energy to position this project as not only a narrative on the history, but an expansive exploration of the emotion and intensity of the players.
